Post intersting season so far
so I've been on a total of six hunts this season between PA and MD. The first five hunts kind of sucked honestly had a bunch of birds gobbling but none wanted to cooperate.

This past Saturday was the PA youth season so me and Pap roosted 4 longbeards and 2 Jakes the night before. That morning we got into within 60 yds of them on the roost because we knew it had to be a quick hunt because we could only hunt till 8. He let me do all of the calling on my own along with filming for my own pleasure. Had all of the same birds gobbling as the night before. About 6:15 they all started to fly down two longboards came right into the decoys. I was so excited and shaking so bad that my nerves took over and I rushed the shot and missed at 15 yds I shot again as he was running and again unloading my gun all misses it sure was a first for me.

Not being mean, but that’s hilarious! If you don’t get that feeling you are probably dead.
It’ll come soon enough when you get that rush and still are able to focus and maintain control to seal the deal.
Turkey fever!!! It IS a thing for sure
