Winchester longbeard shells at Walmarts now
Heard from a friend that the Longbeard shells bybWinchester were showing up at Walmarts this week. Checked a couple of local stores and they had 20 guage and both 3 and 3.5 inch Longbeard shells on the shelf. Also had some Remington turkey loads.
Only putting this up here because shells have been tough to find last couple years and the trend at Walmarts seems to be they get one load of steel duck loads and one load of turkeys shells and when that is gone there are not any more at that store again in that season. Especially the 20 guage loads of any kind. So now may be the only load opportunity at a Walmart this spring. . Panic buying? IDK. But I suspect what is there now won’t last long and also not gonna be replaced in that store. JME

Thanks for the heads up!

Re: Winchester longbeard shells at Walmarts now
Haven’t been any here all year. Stopped by cabelas on way to Airport in Richmond a couple weeks ago, nothing. Had to get a friend get me some at a small LGS in the valley. I had 1. That said I would have had to use my remaining doublexx’s. I hunt the same as I did in 1985 anyway , hopefully smarter but same range on all shots <=40yds. So it would not have been a game changer.
