Last weekend was my first time turkey hunting and i got to see a big tom he came in to 45 yards and wouldent come any closer so the next day i went and set up at the spot he got hung up at and exctley the same time 700 oclock he came running to my call again right up to 20 yards and bang i gottem 10 inch beard 21.9 pounds wat do u think big tom for first time hu |

Hey thats a very nice bird....first time or not!.......Having a bird come up close gobbling & struttin is just like a drug...it puts u on this high....then u just gotta have more.....Nice job on a great first bird! Max |

Great Job, that is a good first bird or any bird for that matter. By the way they don't always just run up to you like that so don't get spoiled on us. |

Real nice bird! You may not realize it now....but your hooked. Just remember like Hody typed, enjoy those birds that run into ya. Most time they play hard to get. Great job!! |

congratulations. Enjoy this. as the others say, it can be ridiclously easy or ridiculously hard to take these things, and you never know which way it will go...so enjoy this one. |
