I had one goal this season- Get my 11 year old a legitimate opportunity. I did and he nailed that jake at 30 yards. I was more proud of that bird than any bird I've ever taken. Even if I don't take one this year, it has already been my best season ever. |

Many hunters in there this year, but I think he is still alive. I have backed off that place til I can hunt it through the week, which will be 4-29. Am on another bird close to one of the places you hunted. Keep you posted. |
