When someone invites you to go turkey hunting in a new site, you had better go even if is raining and you forgot your foul weather gear. Invite was for Surry county and my friend put me right on them. The bird weighed out at 20lbs with a 8.5inch beard and 1 1/16 spurs. That's three birds in Texas and one in VA I am having a great season so far! Texas birds were (3/4, 1 1/16 and the last bird was 1 5/16 spurs. Freddy you have done a great site for all to share and to learn from. PS How do you post pictures again? | ||
