This photo is from a friend of mine who posts here sometimes and had another incredible season last spring. All these birds were legally taken by two gentlemen in the span of 2 days... not in Virginia though!

That is a great pic, but how did they keep the meat from spoiling?

I should have also said they were called in one at a time fair and square.

VolDoug... I think 2 of the birds in the picture were killed the day before and breasted out, the other 3 were killed that day...

VolDoug: Fill plastic drink bottle 3/4's full with water. Freeze solid in freezer. Insert in the body cavity once the bird is drawn. Hang in a cool shady spot or better yet place in a large cooler. I hunt a lot before work. Often I am running like mad after a successful hunt to make it to an appointment, etc. That afternoon I'll pluck or skin out my bird. I have kept birds in this manner for several days while on a trip, although I usually clean on the day of kill. I have a buddy who scalds and plucks all of his birds. He keeps his first bird in this manner hanging in a cooler until he bags #2. Then he fires up the cast iron pot.

Great photo Freddy!! I may have to go listen in the AM.
