How many of you guys use the blow-up style dekes versus the feather-flex style? I like the feather-flex, but they take up too much room and frankly I have lost 2 already that fell out of my back pouch in a hurry to move. I also have no luck with the sticks. I am going to try the Sceery blow-up ones this year. They fit into the pouch easier and there is only one stick to worry about. The only problem is, I bet I cant blow up a flock in 2 minutes or less. Any comments?

I have the Sceery Dekes and I love them!!! I can fit three of them in my vest that used to take only one foam type deke. I love the stake also.. it's made of hard solid plastic with a sharp point to allow it to go in the ground easier. The stake is also motion controled which only allows the decoy to move 90 degress at the the most. As for blowing them up... after several setups I finally learned the trick to that... you have to make sure you squeeze the nipple/vent/thing you blow the air into... really flat and it inflates in seconds.... if you don't squeeze it enough it can take a while. the same goes for the deflation process. Overall I think their great... the first generation are a little smaller than an average turkey but mine still pulled gobblers in last year... the new second generation are a little bit bigger

Thanks TScott. I havent compared the two, but I have both types. The older ones have a brown stick and the newer ones have a black stick. However, they are fully compatible. Ole Doc Sceery was thinkin on this one. Hey, "squeezing the nipple" you think I would have know that!
