I have hunted in the rain enough to figure out I do not enjoy being wet. Despite all the best Goretex etc I still get wet...Any of you have satisfactory experiences with those camo umbrella's that fits about half way around trees? Do yo u think the sound of rain hitting the thing scares turkeys? |

GN, I have used one a lot deer hunting and was actually setting beside a gentleman this fall as he shot a nice jake out from under one. I think the rain hitting everything else drowns out the sound hitting the umbrella. They can also be used to make a decent blind by putting the tree stake in the ground... I have used mine dove hunting a lot... |
