I've been out to Rapidan WMA a few times and I have flushed a few turkeys. Once was earlier this season when I was walking along a ridge in the early morning, there were two roosting in the tree tops. Another time was when I was squirrel hunting, I jumped a turkey that had been scratching for food on the side of a small mountain. But, to be honest, I'm not sure about the hunting pressure there b/c I haven't hunted there a lot. I have seen a decent amount of cars in the parking lots sometimes, and other times there's not a soul around.
