Hey guys and gals.. I was a wondering... Have any of you recieved a video and stamp from the NWTF. Over on the TSO forum everyone is discussing NWTF getting the NAHC fever and sending stuff out and asking you to buy it.. I havn't gotten one but don't like the idea of the NWTF doing this. If they offered the video in their Turkey Call mag or on the webpage I would proably buy it... but I always hated when the NAHC would send me books and then tell me to buy it or send it back.. I got it too. Pretty much the same info and hunts as the video they send for joining up. I am sending it back. | ||

If someone is dumb enough to send me something for free and then ask me if I want to buy it, send it back( both of which cost me money) I choose option number three, keep it. | ||

I also got that. I watched it and realized I had seen most of the hunts previously on TV or other tapes. Pretty cheesy of them if you ask me. I hate getting something which requires me to return it or pay for it. I know I am under no obligation to return it since I didn't ask for it, but typically if you dont return it they bother the living &^($ of you until you either pay or DIE. I am disappointed by this practice. | ||

LOL I must not be on the "List" with NWTF... Everyone member I know has gotten it but me. Of course as soon as I get home it will proably be in the mailbox. | ||

I was also included in this. I guess the ad people at the NWTF are taking lessons from the credit card people,next they will advertise on TV for "$19.95 but, wait there is more"  | ||

I hate this too. To stop this practice it best to keep the tape and not pay for it. (Not that this is what I am suggesting to world to do) I like the NWTF and they do some good things. I don't like the true solution though. To stop it, keep the tape and don't pay for it. They will stop it if they loose money. Otherwise just wait for next month, and then what else may you find in your mail box to feel guilty because you don't want it. Thanks, Coach | ||

Actually the best way, now that we all know what it is is to just flat refuse it, that saves you the money of sending it back and lets them know that we do not appreciate unsolicited mail. | ||
