Camouflage Giants Merge
Haas Outdoors, Inc. of West Point, Mississippi, owner and creator of Mossy Oak Brand Camo, has purchased the assets and intellectual properties of Bowing Enterprises and its Trebark camouflage. Jim Crumley of Trebark will continue to develop new camouflage patterns to be used on hardgoods and clothing. Crumley is noted as being the first to bring a successful hunting pattern to market. His retail store and the Second Skin film dip operation were not part of the purchase agreement.

I heard several months ago that was a done deal. The Reger brothers bought the store aka Buck Mtn Outfitters. Did they also buy the Second Skin operation? I need to have that done to my Wingmaster one of these days.

Yeah, that's been a done deal for quite a while. In fact, I think it's been almost a year. The Second Skin Operation is still owned by Jim & Sherry Crumley and they are in the same building as Buck Mtn. Jim and Sherry are great people!
