i have read several articles concernin gobblin....and many have mentioned that humidity plays a part ...the higher the humidity the better gobblin....i have started to watch this since i watch the weather many times a day...and have found they do seem to gobble better....high humidity this mornin and despite the rain and moderate temps they gobbled fairly good.....yall boys noticed this or payed any attention to it....or have i just been lucky the days i noticed it.....

I'm not sure about the relationship with humidity but I've killed gobblers on some pretty damp/ rainy mornings.
Probably the most odd weather situation was; I was lucky enough to harvest one in a blizzard with 6" of snow on the ground in Northern New Mexico, early in May one year. He gobbled about 100 times.
The only thing I have realized in my area, if you got an "easterly" wind, you'll be hard pressed to hear any gobbling. It shuts them up for some reason.
'Nothing scientific ; just observations.
