I saw something yesterday, the likes of which I've never seen before. Eighteen bearded birds in one flock. They are hanging out near a barn yard so I'd say they are getting a little extra food. About a half mile from where sixshot hunts, just across the state line. He'd better be calling loud this spring. |

I'd say your scouting is just about done! That had to have been an awesome sight. I saw three longbeards on a hill on the side of I64 West of Lexington yesterday, tons of deer in the fields too. |

Oh yea Mud!! I saw them also. Across the road was another flock. I don't know if they were hens or longbeards though. I just hope they move to VA by April. Seeing all those longbeards made me DROOL!! |
