Well guys Sat eve I took a nice 7 pointer. About 15 inch spread and 8 inch G-2's he was missing one of his G-3's. HE was a big deer body wise and showed signs of early rut and rubbing. I was grunting a bit and used my Primos Can and he appeared from the thicket. He came in the wrong way however, right through where I had been and downwind. I watched him make a scrape and use the licking branch, and then he finally turned broadside at about 23 yards and I made a good lung shot. He actually walked over the path through the thicket I came in on and never winded me. What an exciting hunt. Thanks to Freddy for the tip on the can I have been using and to Max and his BTD. THEY WORK!!!!!

This BTD stuff is great! Scott gave me a bottle this year. I was alittle skeptical, but after using it 3 or 4 times, I'm convinced it does a great job. While sitting in the corner of a field on the ground, I had a large bodied small racked 6 pointer jump the barbed wire fence only 3 fence posts down from me, about 20 feet. He came from downwind. He never knew I was there. Walked to within 12 feet. I let him walk because of the small rack. Was looking for a nice yearing doe for the freezer. Got her yesterday. Thanks Scott and Max.

Your welcome! :) I to like this stuff! I finally got to try it out for some deer hunting on Thursday. Though I didn't fire, I still stalked upon three does and an eight point buck, within 40 yards actually. Also had a button buck at about 15 paces. None of the deer spooked. I did however have a craving for something sweet while wearing it :)

This BTD is one awesome cover scent. Yesterday, the final day of rifle season, Scott and I headed to the National Forest in Craig County. At daylight, I had a doe being chased by a nice buck come right by my stand at 20 yards. The wind was swirling in all directions. Neither deer winded me. I harvested the buck, an older 7 pointer with about a 14 inch spread. Ten or fifteen minutes after I shot the deer, a second buck walked by at the same distance scent trailing the doe. Clearly, the rut is still on! A special thanks to Scott for the help dragging the ol' boy out of the woods. Guys, get this cover scent!

Check out the links from this site (VA TURKEY) and it is under BTD outdoors and then cover scent. I am sure when Max gets back he can give you a better idea of how to get some. It is worth a try, that is for sure.
