Here are a list of items that you might need on your turkey hunt.  You may not want to or have to carry all these items.  It is just a list of items carried by average turkey hunters.  You decide what you need and just let this be a checklist for you...

1 Tag holder from DNR
1 Water bottle
Snacks

1 pack of matches
Seat cushion

Small binoculars

Ink pen(s)

Cell phone.

CAMERA w/ self-timer, and a mini tripod

Extra roll of film

Extra pair of glasses

Plastic bags for mushrooms

Contact lens solution, extra lenses, and small mirror

Fishing line to move decoys
Lighter

VHF ham radio

Strap that you tie around a birds feet and neck so you can throw him over your shoulder
License/Stamps

Space blanket

Chewing gum

Bifocals to fill out the kill tags

Rubber bands
1 Small face paint compact
